PIAGET Polo 79 | 18k Yellow Gold | Ref. G0A49150 | Full Set

$72,995.00

This timepiece is in pristine condition with no signs of wear. It comes as a complete set including both inner and outer boxes, booklet, and warranty card dated December 17th, 2024, and is under manufacture warranty until December 2032. MSRP: 85,000 USD.

Unveiled in 2024 to mark 45 years since the debut of the house's first sports watch, the Polo 79 is a 38mm timepiece executed entirely in 18-carat yellow gold — case, dial, bracelet, and triple-blade folding clasp — measuring just 7.45mm in thickness. The gold dial presents alternating sections of polished gadroon and brushed block elements, a motif that flows seamlessly across the fully integrated bracelet and creates the impression of a single sculpted piece of gold on the wrist. Minimal applied gold hour marker dots and a railway minute track are the only decorative elements on the dial beyond the gold hands, in keeping with the house's timeless restraint. A sapphire exhibition caseback reveals the ultra-thin 1200P1 movement beneath. Retailing at 85,000 USD, this example is offered meaningfully below current retail. The in-house 1200P1 is a self-winding micro-rotor movement with a 22-carat yellow gold engraved oscillating weight, containing 25 jewels, beating at 21,600 vph, and delivering approximately 44 hours of power reserve, water-resistant to 50 meters.
