Sales tax is applied in accordance with the regulations of our home state of New Jersey. Orders that are received and finalized within the state are subject to the applicable rate of 6.625%. For clients whose purchases are shipped to destinations outside of New Jersey, tax treatment is determined by the rules governing the receiving jurisdiction, and in most cases, no additional tax is collected at the time of purchase.

For your convenience, we offer a selection of premium payment options. All prices displayed are based on our bank wire rate, the preferred method for seamless and secure transactions. We also accept all major credit cards, which carry a 3.99% surcharge. For clients who prefer digital assets, we proudly accommodate over 1,000 forms of cryptocurrency, applied with a 1.5% surcharge.

For security and verification purposes, credit card payments are reserved for clients with an established purchase history, or for new clients referred by an existing Hudson Watch Exchange client with purchase history. A 3.99% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions to offset processing costs and is not added as profit. All credit card purchases require:

Yes. All watches sold by Hudson Watch Exchange include a limited warranty. Please click HERE to review the full warranty terms and conditions, including coverage, exclusions, and claim procedures. We encourage all clients to read the policy carefully prior to purchase.

We want you to love your timepiece. Watches purchased from our in-stock inventory may be returned within three calendar days of the FedEx delivery date or the date of in-store pickup, provided the watch remains unworn and in original condition with all accompanying packaging and paperwork.
After the three-day return period has elapsed, we may offer a buyback at our sole discretion.
Please note: Sourced watches are final sale. Since these pieces are acquired specifically for you, we encourage you to be confident in your choice before starting a sourcing project.

Yes. While we guarantee the authenticity of all our timepieces, we do understand that sometimes clients need more than that. For this reason, we offer an escrow and authentication service through our partner watchmaker, Bennison’s Watch Repair in Palm Beach, Florida. If you opt for this service, before any payment is made, your watch will be shipped overnight to the watchmaker for inspection. Inspection includes authentication, pressure testing, photographs, and documentation of the report. The report will be emailed to you for review and approval. Once approved, you will release payment for the watch to us. Once funds clear on our end, the watch will be released and overnighted to your nearest FedEx Shipping Center for pickup. Turnaround time for this service is 4-5 business days. The cost for this add-on service is $500 plus sales tax. An appraisal may be added for an extra $100 plus sales tax.

Orders paid through wire transfer will be dispatched on the day we receive confirmation of cleared funds from our bank. The deadline for incoming wire transfers is 5 pm ET (3 pm PST). For example, if a payment is wired on a Monday and the funds are received on the same day, they enter a pending status until clearance on the following business day. On Tuesday, the funds are marked as cleared, and the order is prepared for overnight shipping with an anticipated delivery date of Wednesday. A tracking number will be sent to you via email.
Please note that no orders are shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. Additionally, items ordered together may be shipped separately.

We exclusively use fully insured FedEx Priority Overnight services for all our timepieces. For security and insurance purposes, all watches will be shipped to your nearest FedEx Ship Center where you will be required to pick up the watch. Photo ID will be required.

The best price that we offer is our wire/cash price, which is the price listed. While we aim to always be the most competitive price in the market, we will try our best to price match any lower price you may find on other sites, considering the watch is the same year and condition as the one we are offering.

Every order will be directed to your nearest FedEx Ship Center for pickup. A representative from our shipping department will get in touch with you to provide details on the specific FedEx store where your package will be sent. When you go to pick up the package, you only need to bring your ID to the FedEx store along with the last four digits of your tracking number, and they will release the package to you. This procedure ensures that the package is fully insured for the purchase price. While this approach may appear inconvenient, it is a necessary requirement of our insurance provider. It significantly minimizes the likelihood of claims, and importantly, it enhances the overall security compared to delivering to a residence.

For international orders we accept wire payment only. International shipping rate varies based on location as there are insurance value limits for each country that we must abide by. Your package will ship the day payment is cleared and comes to you priority post. Delivery time is usually within 4-6 days once wire clears. We do not calculate duty, as that is the sole responsibility of the buyer. All international sales are final.

Hudson Watch Exchange stands behind this authenticity guarantee and offers a full refund on any watch not found to be completely authentic.
Note: We do occasionally get watches that have aftermarket bezels or customized by professional companies such as BLAKEN. The listing for the watch will clearly state any aftermarket parts such as a bezel that has been added to the watch. This is not common, but occasionally we do offer them for sale due to high demand.

If a watch includes the original box and/or papers, this information will be explicitly mentioned, and a photo displaying all the contents, including the box and paperwork, will be available in the last image when scrolling to the right. Occasionally, we acquire watches that lack papers; in such cases, it will be clearly indicated in the description, specifying whether the watch is without papers or a warranty card. Watches without papers will be discounted accordingly.
NOTE: While the absence of papers shouldn't deter you from considering a particular watch, it should be reflected in a discounted price compared to a similar watch that includes papers.

Yes, all photos and videos are taken by our in-house professional photographer and are of the exact watch without editing done to the photo to enhance it or hide blemishes.
