This timepiece is in unworn condition with no signs of wear. It comes as a complete set to include both inner and outer boxes, portfolio, hangtags, pusher and warranty paper dated December 15th, 2025.

The Nautilus Perpetual Calendar, reference 5740/1G-001, is a 40mm 18K white gold integrated-bracelet sports watch introduced in 2018 — representing a landmark moment as the first Grand Complication ever offered in the iconic Nautilus collection, itself born from Gerald Genta’s legendary 1976 design. It is also the thinnest perpetual calendar in the manufacture’s entire collection,  made possible by the ultra-thin 240 Q micro-rotor movement housed within its remarkably slim 8.42mm case. The blue sunburst horizontally embossed dial presents seven complications including a perpetual bissextile calendar, moon phase, day, date, month, leap year cycle, and AM/PM indication across three subdials, all on an integrated 18K white gold bracelet with fold-over clasp. The self-winding 240 Q contains 27 jewels, beats at 21,600 vph, and delivers 48 hours of power reserve, water-resistant to 60 meters.
